Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms
SkaleIT Spaces is a platform for finding and booking coworking spaces, dance studios and libraries. It is owned and operated by SkaleIT Technologies LLP (GSTIN: 27AEYFS8719J1ZX) — “we”, “us”. Each space, studio or library listed on the platform is run by a branch: the business that provides the space or class you book. You may reach us through the SkaleIT Spaces website, or through a branch’s own website or booking widget; these terms apply either way.
These terms apply between you and us, and between you and each branch you book with. By selecting I understand and accept you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Your account
- Your email address is your account. One email address can have only one account.
- Give your real name and a mobile number on which you can be contacted, and keep them up to date on your profile.
- Keep access to your email and Google account secure. Activity carried out after signing in with them is treated as yours.
- You must be 18 or older to accept these terms yourself. A parent or guardian who signs up or books for a child accepts these terms on the child’s behalf and is responsible for the child’s bookings, payments and conduct.
3. Bookings, memberships and classes
- A booking or membership is confirmed only once its payment has been received and, where needed, verified by the branch. Until then, a reserved seat or space may be released.
- Monthly memberships (for example a dance batch) run from the start date to the day before the same date in the next month, and continue month to month only if you renew.
- A free demo, where offered, is limited to one per member per batch.
- A branch may change a timetable, trainer or studio, or cancel a session, when it needs to. It will tell you as early as it reasonably can, and will offer a replacement session, a credit or a refund for anything it cancels.
4. Prices, payments and GST
- Prices are set by each branch and shown before you book, including whether GST is added.
- Depending on the branch, you can pay online, by UPI, or at the branch. When paying by UPI, pay the exact amount shown so your payment can be matched to your booking.
- We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Online payments are handled by our payment partners.
- Payments are made for the branch’s services; the branch issues the invoice for them.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Each branch sets its own cancellation and refund policy, and it is shown on the space or batch page before you book. That policy applies to your booking. Unless the branch’s policy says otherwise, sessions you miss during a paid membership are not refunded or carried forward. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, or as the branch’s policy states.
6. At the branch
- Follow the branch’s house rules and the instructions of its staff and trainers.
- Treat other members, staff and the premises with respect. You are responsible for damage you cause beyond normal wear and tear.
- A branch may refuse entry or end a booking, without a refund, for abusive or unsafe behaviour, illegal activity, or a serious breach of its rules.
- Personal belongings are your own responsibility.
- If you do not want to appear in photos or videos taken at a class or event, tell the branch; it will respect that. A branch must not publish identifiable images of a child without a parent’s or guardian’s consent.
7. Health and physical activity
Dance and similar classes involve physical exertion. By joining, you confirm that you (or the child you enrol) are fit to take part. Tell the trainer about any injury, medical condition or pregnancy before the class, and stop if you feel unwell. To the extent the law allows, you take part at your own risk.
8. Using the platform fairly
- Do not misuse the platform: no false bookings, no attempts to access other people’s accounts or data, and no automated scraping.
- Never submit a false or edited payment screenshot or payment reference. We may suspend the account and report it.
- The platform’s software, design and content belong to us or our licensors.
9. Messages we send you
We and the branches you book with send messages about your account, bookings, payments and renewals by email and in the app. WhatsApp messages are sent only if you turn them on in your profile, and you can turn them off at any time.
10. Your privacy
How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
11. Our responsibility
The branch is responsible for the space, class or service it provides. We provide the booking platform. To the extent the law allows, our total liability, and the branch’s, for any claim about a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.
12. Suspending or closing an account
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can ask us to close your account at any time; bookings and payments already made remain subject to these terms and the branch’s policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we make an important change, we will ask you to read and accept the new version the next time you use the platform.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. Disputes that cannot be resolved that way are subject to the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
15. Contact
For a specific booking, contact the branch you booked with. For anything else, including complaints about the platform, call us on +91-8390240967. See our About page for more.
